Quick answer: is 10CRIC safe?
Our 2026 verdict is that 10CRIC presents a high overall risk and does not currently have enough independently verifiable evidence to be recommended as a safe betting platform for Indian users. That conclusion is driven mainly by licence uncertainty, weak local consumer recourse, payment and withdrawal complaints, offshore KYC exposure and India-specific legal and banking risk.
The most important finding is not a rumour or an anonymous allegation. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s official online-gaming registry, updated on 29 July 2026, lists the B2C licence held by Chancier B.V.—the company historically associated with 10CRIC—as revoked from 30 January 2026 at the operator’s request. We did not identify a replacement licence for the 10CRIC brand in that registry. This does not, by itself, prove that 10CRIC is a scam because a brand can change operating companies or licences. It does mean that users should not rely on older reviews claiming that the Chancier B.V. licence remains active.
Public customer feedback also raises caution. At the evidence date, 10CRIC’s Trustpilot profile displayed a score of 2.1 out of 5 from more than 1,100 reviews. Recent 2026 submissions frequently alleged missing deposits, delayed withdrawals, repeated document requests and slow support, while some users reported successful or fast withdrawals. These are user-generated claims and cannot all be independently verified, so they are evidence of complaint patterns—not proof that every allegation is true.
10CRIC safety scorecard for 2026
| Safety dimension | Rating | What the evidence suggests |
|---|---|---|
| Operator and licence transparency | Very high risk | The historical operator’s Curaçao B2C licence is listed as revoked from 30 January 2026. No replacement brand licence was identified in the official registry. |
| Website and account security | Unverified / moderate-to-high risk | HTTPS or a padlock is not proof of operator reliability. No current independent app audit, certificate report or verified mandatory 2FA evidence was available for this review. |
| Deposits and payment routing | High risk | Offshore payment processing can involve third parties, changing payment instructions and difficult transaction tracing. Public reviews include recent deposit-credit complaints. |
| Withdrawals and KYC | High risk | KYC is normal in regulated gambling, but users report delays, repeated requests and withdrawal friction. No payout time should be treated as guaranteed. |
| Indian legal and banking exposure | High risk | Gambling law is state-sensitive, offshore remittances can create FEMA questions, and the central government continues to block betting and gambling websites. |
| Complaint resolution | Very high risk | No Indian gambling ombudsman or locally licensed dispute route was verified for 10CRIC. The historical Curaçao operator licence is no longer active. |
| Responsible gambling protection | Unverified | Older platform materials referred to responsible-gaming tools, but current availability, speed and effectiveness were not independently confirmed. |
| Overall verdict | High risk | Not enough current, verifiable protection to call 10CRIC safe. Avoid treating longevity, advertising or a website padlock as a substitute for an active licence and reliable recourse. |
What “safe” should mean for an online betting platform
A betting website can be technically functional and still be financially or legally unsafe. That is why a serious answer to “is 10CRIC safe?” must separate several different questions.
Is the operator identifiable?
A user should be able to find the legal company name, company registration details and current regulator licence without relying on an affiliate review or promotional landing page.
Is the licence active and connected to the exact domain?
A licence held by a related company, previous owner or expired certificate is not enough. The regulator’s record should connect the legal operator and the exact website domain being used.
Are deposits and withdrawals traceable?
Payment recipients, fees, limits, verification rules and expected processing stages should be clear before money is sent. Users should receive transaction references that their bank or payment provider can verify.
Is personal data protected?
Players may be asked for PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, proof of address and facial images. The operator should explain why each document is needed, how it will be stored, who can access it and how long it will be retained.
Can a dispute be escalated outside the operator?
Internal customer support is not independent dispute resolution. A stronger protection model includes an external complaints body, ombudsman or regulator capable of reviewing account and payment decisions.
Is use lawful where the player lives?
Availability on a phone or the acceptance of INR does not establish legality. Local state laws, offshore payment rules and taxation may still apply.
Can a player stop immediately?
Effective self-exclusion, cooling-off options and deposit limits matter more than displaying a responsible-gambling logo in a footer.
A platform should not receive a positive safety verdict merely because it has operated for years, accepts INR, offers live chat or processes some withdrawals successfully. Those points may show that a business exists, but they do not prove that every user’s money and personal data are protected.
10CRIC ownership and licence status in 2026
Older 10CRIC materials and third-party industry profiles commonly identify Chancier B.V. as the operator. That historical link is relevant because gambling licences are attached to legal entities, not simply to brand names or logos.
Curaçao changed its online-gaming framework when the National Ordinance on Games of Chance entered into force on 24 December 2024. Under the newer structure, the Curaçao Gaming Authority is responsible for issuing licences and supervising the online gambling sector.
The official licence registry dated 29 July 2026 contains a specific entry for Chancier B.V., company registration number 147277 and licence number OGL/2024/364/0157. Its status states that the licence was revoked on 30 January 2026 at the operator’s request.
Why the revoked licence matters
A revoked licence does not automatically prove theft, rigged games or criminal conduct. It does, however, remove a major part of the safety case repeated by older reviews.
If the company no longer holds that B2C licence, users need current evidence showing:
- the name of the company now operating 10CRIC;
- the new licence number;
- the regulator that issued it;
- the exact 10CRIC domains covered by the licence;
- the date the licence was issued and its present status;
- the complaint or alternative dispute-resolution route available to players.
Without that information, a statement such as “10CRIC is licensed in Curaçao” is incomplete and potentially outdated.
A licence logo displayed in a footer is not sufficient. The number should be independently searchable, and the regulator’s record should connect the operator to the exact domain being used.
Could 10CRIC have moved to another operator?
It is possible. Gambling brands sometimes transfer intellectual property, domains or customer operations between companies.
However, a possible transfer should not be assumed. The burden is on the platform to publish current legal and regulatory information clearly. Until a replacement operator and active licence can be independently confirmed, the safer conclusion is licence status unverified and high risk, rather than automatically describing 10CRIC as licensed or illegal.
Readers comparing older claims can review our separate 10CRIC licence and security guide and 10CRIC real-or-fake investigation.
Is 10CRIC legal in India?
There is no responsible one-sentence answer that 10CRIC is legal everywhere in India. India’s gambling framework combines central legislation, state laws, court decisions, technology rules, taxation and foreign-exchange controls. The Law Commission of India has itself treated gambling and sports betting as a distinct and complex legal framework rather than a simple nationwide rule.
The Public Gambling Act, 1867 focuses on common gaming houses and related offences. It was written long before internet betting and does not create a modern national licensing system for offshore sportsbooks. Different states can apply their own restrictions, so a platform being reachable from a state does not confirm that betting through it is lawful there.
The central government has also taken enforcement action against online betting and gambling websites. A March 2025 government statement said MeitY had issued 1,410 blocking directions involving online betting, gambling and gaming websites between 2022 and 2025. That does not mean every offshore domain is blocked permanently, but it shows that access can change and that website availability is not regulatory approval.
FEMA and cross-border payment risk
Indian residents should be cautious about transactions that ultimately send value to an offshore gambling operator.
The RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme guidance explains that foreign exchange cannot be drawn for certain prohibited transactions, including remittances for lottery tickets, football pools and sweepstakes. The exact treatment of a particular 10CRIC deposit depends on how it is routed and documented, so users should not assume that a UPI or local bank transfer removes all foreign-exchange questions.
Payment routing is especially difficult to assess when the recipient name does not match the gambling brand. A transfer to an unrelated individual, merchant or wallet may be harder to trace, explain or reverse. It can also complicate a bank complaint because the bank record may not identify 10CRIC at all.
Tax on online-game winnings
Indian income-tax law applies a 30% tax rate to net winnings from online games under section 115BBJ. Section 194BA provides for TDS on net winnings at withdrawal and at the end of the financial year, calculated under the prescribed rules. Surcharge and health and education cess may increase the effective liability.
An offshore platform may not handle Indian withholding or reporting in the same way as a domestic intermediary. Players should therefore keep complete records of:
- deposits;
- withdrawals;
- bonus credits;
- transaction fees;
- account balances;
- crypto transfers;
- cancelled transactions;
- financial-year opening and closing balances.
Obtain advice from a Chartered Accountant rather than assuming that tax has been handled automatically.
Do not confuse online-game tax with section 115BBH, which concerns virtual digital assets. Crypto used as a payment method can create separate record-keeping and taxation questions, but that does not replace the tax treatment of online-game winnings.
Technical security: a padlock is not a safety certificate
Many promotional reviews treat HTTPS encryption as proof that a betting site is safe. That is a serious oversimplification.
Encryption can protect information in transit between a device and a server. It does not prove that the company is licensed, financially stable, fair, well governed or willing to honour a withdrawal.
This review does not claim to have completed a private penetration test, source-code review, funded-account test or forensic audit of the current 10CRIC app. We also did not find current public evidence sufficient to confirm:
- mandatory authenticator-based two-factor authentication;
- an independently audited APK signature;
- a current vulnerability-disclosure programme;
- an external data-security certification;
- a published KYC data-retention schedule;
- an independent mobile-app security report.
A promotional claim that the website uses encryption should therefore be treated as one small technical control, not a complete safety verdict.
Domain and phishing risk
Users searching for 10CRIC can encounter lookalike domains, mirror sites, affiliate pages and unofficial download pages. A copied logo, colour scheme and login screen are easy to reproduce.
Before entering a password or uploading documents, check:
- whether the domain is the one shown in existing verified correspondence;
- whether current operator and licence details are visible;
- whether support email addresses use the same verified domain;
- whether the page redirects through unfamiliar domains;
- whether the browser displays a certificate or deceptive-site warning;
- whether a search advertisement is being mistaken for the official website;
- whether the payment page unexpectedly changes domains.
Never rely only on the first search result.
Do not enter an OTP after receiving an unsolicited support call. Do not allow a person claiming to be a support agent to control the device through remote-access software.
10CRIC APK safety
An Android installation file obtained outside an official app store carries additional risk because the user must trust both the website and the file.
A fake or modified APK can imitate the genuine login screen while collecting passwords, OTPs or payment information.
Use these minimum checks before considering any gambling APK:
- Do not download from Telegram groups, file-sharing sites or random mirror pages.
- Do not disable Play Protect permanently.
- Reject permissions unrelated to the app’s function, such as contacts, call logs, microphone or unrestricted file access without a clear reason.
- Do not install an “update” sent through a chat message by an account manager.
- Keep the operating system and browser updated.
- Prefer a verified browser session over sideloading when the official domain can be independently confirmed.
- Uninstall the app and change the password immediately if the device displays unexpected overlays, accessibility-service requests or unknown administrator privileges.
No current cryptographic hash or independent mobile-security report for a 10CRIC APK was identified in the evidence reviewed. This article therefore does not label the 10CRIC app safe.
Account security and KYC exposure
KYC is not automatically a warning sign. Licensed gambling operators commonly verify identity to prevent underage use, payment fraud, duplicate accounts and money laundering.
The risk increases when a user cannot verify who controls the documents, where they are stored or which law governs the information.
A betting account may request:
- government-issued identification;
- proof of address;
- bank statements;
- payment-method screenshots;
- a selfie;
- facial or video verification;
- evidence that the payment method belongs to the account holder.
These files can expose identity numbers, a home address, account numbers, transaction history and facial images.
Never send more information than is necessary. Do not upload KYC documents through an unofficial Telegram, WhatsApp or personal email account.
Where accepted, a masked Aadhaar can reduce exposure because the first eight digits are hidden and only the final four remain visible. UIDAI also provides paperless offline e-KYC, which lets an Aadhaar holder share selected, digitally signed data without revealing the Aadhaar number itself. Whether a betting operator accepts these formats is a separate question, but users can ask before sending a complete document.
KYC red flags
Stop and seek clarification when:
- the required document changes repeatedly without a written explanation;
- support asks for an OTP, PIN, CVV or internet-banking password;
- the operator asks for a screen-sharing session;
- a personal messaging account requests identity files;
- the user is told to alter or falsify a document;
- the platform will not identify its privacy policy or retention period;
- the account is asked to deposit more money to “unlock” verification;
- the user is pressured to complete verification under threat of losing all funds.
A legitimate verification review can take time, but it should produce a clear checklist and a traceable support ticket. Repeated vague messages are a reason not to send additional money.
10CRIC deposits: what can go wrong?
The main deposit risk is not always a failed payment. It is the gap between the bank record and the gambling balance.
A user may have a successful UPI, card or bank transaction while the betting account remains unchanged. Resolving that problem requires the operator and payment processor to match:
- the UTR or payment reference;
- recipient account;
- amount;
- payment time;
- customer account;
- processor settlement record.
Recent public reviews describe cases in which users said deposits were debited but not credited, sometimes after they supplied bank statements and screenshots. 10CRIC has replied publicly to some reviewers and said the cases were being investigated, but a public reply does not establish whether every transaction was eventually resolved.
Deposit safety checklist
Before sending money, a cautious user should be able to answer all of the following:
- Does the recipient name match the operator or a clearly disclosed payment partner?
- Was the instruction generated inside the verified account?
- Are the minimum, maximum, fee and payment-expiry time shown?
- Does the platform explain what happens if the bank payment succeeds but the betting balance is not credited?
- Is there a transaction ID on both the operator and bank sides?
- Can the same method be used for withdrawal?
- Is a bonus automatically attached?
- Does the user understand the legal and tax implications?
Do not make repeated deposits when an earlier payment is missing. A second transfer can create two unresolved transactions and make reconciliation harder.
Warning signs during a deposit
Do not proceed when:
- payment is requested through a personal social-media message;
- the UPI recipient changes every few minutes without explanation;
- an agent asks the user to mark the payment as being for goods or services that were not purchased;
- the user is told not to mention gambling to the bank;
- the agent requests a screenshot showing the full bank balance;
- support asks for an OTP or remote access;
- the deposit must be split between several unrelated accounts.
A successful deposit is not proof that the same payment route will remain available for withdrawal.
10CRIC withdrawals: safety, delays and verification
No 10CRIC withdrawal time should be described as guaranteed.
Older 10CRIC help-centre material claimed that many withdrawals were processed quickly after internal review. However, the old Zendesk help centre now redirects to a notice saying that the help centre no longer exists. The archived timing claim should therefore not be used as a current payout promise.
Current public reviews show a mixed picture. Some users report withdrawals arriving within minutes or hours. Others allege that:
- payments marked as processed were not received;
- bank-transfer methods disappeared from their accounts;
- withdrawals were repeatedly rejected;
- support continued asking them to wait;
- payment references could not be verified.
This pattern supports a high-risk rating for payout reliability, although individual reviews remain unverified.
Why withdrawals can be delayed
A withdrawal may be held for reasons that are not necessarily fraudulent, including:
- identity verification;
- payment-method ownership checks;
- unresolved chargebacks;
- open bets;
- bonus wagering requirements;
- a mismatch between the account and bank names;
- duplicate-account indicators;
- VPN or location flags;
- anti-money-laundering review;
- processor or receiving-bank delays.
The safety question is whether the rule was disclosed before the deposit, applied consistently and explained with evidence.
A platform that simply repeats “under review” without identifying the required action, responsible team or traceable payment reference leaves the user with little control.
What to do when a withdrawal is delayed
- Stop betting and do not cancel the withdrawal merely to continue playing.
- Save the withdrawal ID, amount, date, status and selected payment method.
- Request a written explanation and a specific list of outstanding documents.
- If the operator says payment was sent, ask for a valid UTR, transaction hash or processor reference.
- Obtain a bank statement covering the relevant dates rather than sharing unrelated months of transactions.
- Ask the bank to check the payment reference without disclosing passwords or OTPs.
- Keep copies of every chat and email.
- Do not pay a “release fee,” “tax clearance fee” or additional deposit requested through an unofficial channel.
- If there is evidence of financial fraud, contact the bank immediately and report it through India’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or the 1930 financial-fraud helpline.
Do not cancel a withdrawal to chase losses
One of the most damaging situations occurs when a delayed withdrawal is returned to the betting balance. The user may then cancel the request and continue gambling, eventually losing money that had previously been withdrawn.
A pending withdrawal should not be treated as a new gambling balance. Once a withdrawal has been requested, avoid reversing it simply because processing is taking longer than expected.
Bonus safety: the most overlooked withdrawal risk
A bonus can turn apparently available cash into restricted funds.
Before accepting any sports or casino promotion, users should check:
- whether wagering applies to the deposit, bonus or both;
- the wagering multiplier;
- minimum sportsbook odds;
- excluded betting markets;
- excluded games;
- casino-game contribution percentages;
- maximum permitted bet while the bonus is active;
- bonus expiry;
- maximum convertible winnings;
- maximum cashout;
- whether cancelling the bonus also removes winnings;
- whether deposits must be wagered before withdrawal.
Consider a ₹10,000 deposit matched with a ₹10,000 bonus. If the terms require 35 times wagering on the combined amount, the qualifying volume is:
35 × (₹10,000 + ₹10,000) = ₹700,000
That does not mean the user will necessarily lose ₹700,000. It means bets with a combined qualifying stake of ₹700,000 may be required before withdrawal.
House edge, losing bets, excluded games and maximum-bet rules can make the practical cost substantial.
A large headline bonus is therefore not evidence that 10CRIC is safe. It is a contract containing restrictions. Users who do not fully understand those restrictions should decline the promotion.
Bonus-related account closure risks
Platforms commonly prohibit bonus abuse. Definitions can include:
- opening more than one account;
- coordinating bets with another user;
- using prohibited betting patterns;
- exceeding the maximum permitted stake;
- betting on both sides of the same outcome;
- using a VPN where restricted;
- claiming overlapping promotions;
- placing bets on excluded markets.
A user should read the exact rules rather than relying on what a salesperson or account manager says in chat.
Complaint patterns: what the evidence does and does not prove
Trustpilot’s 10CRIC profile showed more than 1,100 reviews and a 2.1/5 score at the evidence date.
The distribution was highly polarised, with large shares of both one-star and five-star submissions. Recent low-rated posts commonly mentioned deposit reconciliation, withdrawal delays, account-manager communication and repeated requests to wait. Positive posts described successful withdrawals, platform familiarity and helpful managers.
These reviews should be interpreted carefully:
- reviewers may be mistaken;
- reviewers may omit account-rule violations;
- successful users are not proof that every future payment will succeed;
- negative claims are not court or regulator findings;
- operator replies do not prove resolution;
- review platforms can contain manipulated positive or negative submissions;
- complaint volume can increase with customer volume.
The useful signal is repetition.
When many recent complaints concern the same stages—deposit crediting, withdrawal tracing and support escalation—the pattern deserves weight in a risk assessment. It still does not justify treating every disputed case as proven fraud.
What would improve confidence?
Confidence would improve if 10CRIC publicly supplied:
- a current operator name;
- an active licence linked to the exact domain;
- a regulator-verifiable licence number;
- payment-partner identities;
- independently audited payout statistics;
- a formal complaints procedure;
- an external dispute-resolution provider;
- a current app-security assessment;
- clear KYC retention and deletion rules;
- transparent responsible-gambling procedures.
Until those protections can be verified, promotional claims should receive less weight than official regulatory records and documented payment outcomes.
Dispute resolution and consumer recourse
The safest operators provide an escalation path beyond frontline support:
- a formal complaints team;
- a published response deadline;
- a final written decision;
- an independent alternative dispute-resolution body;
- a regulator capable of investigating the operator.
For 10CRIC, the historical Chancier B.V. licence is listed as revoked. No Indian gambling licence or local ombudsman route was verified.
That creates a practical problem. Even when a user has strong documentation, there may be no simple independent body with clear jurisdiction over both the operator and the transaction.
How to build a useful complaint file
Prepare one chronological document containing:
- the account username, but not its password;
- registered email address and phone number;
- transaction amount and currency;
- deposit, bet or withdrawal ID;
- UTR, wallet transaction hash or card reference;
- exact dates and times;
- screenshots showing account status;
- relevant bank-statement lines;
- KYC documents requested and dates supplied;
- support ticket numbers;
- the remedy requested.
Avoid emotional accusations in the first complaint.
Ask for a concrete remedy:
- credit the deposit;
- provide a valid payment trace;
- return the funds;
- explain the rule invoked;
- complete the withdrawal;
- close the account and settle the remaining balance subject to legitimate checks.
For suspected financial cyber fraud in India, the government’s reporting portal asks for the bank or wallet name, transaction ID or UTR, date, amount and supporting evidence. Immediate reporting can matter, so users should contact their bank and the 1930 helpline promptly rather than waiting for social-media attention.
Protect personal details when complaining publicly
Do not publish:
- a complete Aadhaar number;
- PAN;
- complete bank-account details;
- phone number;
- email address;
- transaction authentication data;
- password;
- OTP;
- unredacted bank statements.
Publicly sharing these details can create a second security problem while the original payment dispute remains unresolved.
Responsible gambling tools: verify before depositing
Older 10CRIC materials referred to responsible-gambling policies, account closure and self-exclusion. The current operation and effectiveness of those tools were not independently verified in this review.
A responsible platform should let a user set meaningful limits and stop gambling without negotiating with a VIP manager.
Before depositing, check whether the account provides:
- deposit limits;
- loss limits;
- wager limits;
- session or time limits;
- a cooling-off period;
- temporary self-exclusion;
- permanent self-exclusion;
- marketing opt-out;
- closure across duplicate or linked accounts;
- protection against reopening during exclusion.
The platform should also explain when a newly reduced limit takes effect. Increases should normally involve a cooling-off period rather than becoming available immediately.
Leave the platform if support:
- discourages self-exclusion;
- offers a bonus to reverse a closure request;
- tells the user to keep playing to recover losses;
- requires additional wagering before allowing account closure;
- continues sending gambling promotions after exclusion.
Signs that a person should stop now
Stop gambling and seek support when betting is being used to:
- pay debts;
- recover previous losses;
- escape anxiety or stress;
- produce essential household income;
- solve a financial emergency.
Other warning signs include hiding transactions, borrowing, missing work, cancelling withdrawals, increasing stakes and repeatedly depositing after deciding to stop.
See our responsible gambling guide for practical blocking, budgeting and self-exclusion steps.
Who should avoid 10CRIC completely?
10CRIC is unsuitable for anyone who:
- is under 18;
- lives in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited or legally uncertain;
- needs a platform with an active, easily verified licence;
- requires access to an Indian regulator or gambling ombudsman;
- cannot afford a delayed or disputed payment;
- plans to use borrowed money or credit;
- plans to use essential household funds;
- is uncomfortable sending KYC documents offshore;
- has previously experienced gambling harm;
- is attracted mainly by a large bonus;
- cannot verify the current operator and payment recipient.
It is also unsuitable for users who believe sponsorships, celebrity advertising, long operation or a polished app guarantee withdrawals. They do not.
Independent verification checklist: how to check 10CRIC yourself
Do not rely on one review, including this one. Use the following checklist before creating or funding an account.
1. Confirm the legal operator
Find the company name in the current terms and privacy policy. It should be consistent across the website, payment page and regulator record.
2. Verify the licence in the regulator’s database
Search the company and licence number. Check:
- current status;
- issue date;
- expiry date;
- licence type;
- domains covered;
- enforcement notices.
The Chancier B.V. licence historically linked to 10CRIC is listed as revoked from 30 January 2026.
3. Check the exact domain
Avoid domains received through unsolicited messages. A licence for one domain does not automatically cover every mirror.
4. Read the withdrawal policy before depositing
Record:
- minimum and maximum withdrawal;
- KYC triggers;
- processing stages;
- fees;
- pending period;
- permitted methods;
- wagering requirements.
5. Decline bonuses until the terms are understood
Check rollover, expiry, qualifying odds, game contributions, maximum bets and maximum cashouts.
6. Inspect the payment recipient
Do not send money when the recipient appears unrelated and no payment-partner explanation is provided.
7. Review the privacy and KYC terms
Look for:
- the data controller;
- retention period;
- sharing partners;
- storage location;
- deletion procedure;
- complaint contact.
8. Check account security
Use a unique password. Enable 2FA if offered. Do not reuse a password connected to email, banking or crypto accounts.
9. Check responsible-gambling tools
Confirm that limits and self-exclusion can be activated without contacting a salesperson or VIP manager.
10. Search recent—not historic—complaints
Look for patterns from the previous three to six months. Separate allegations from resolved cases and operator responses.
11. Keep tax records
Save deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, transaction IDs and year-end balances. Indian online-game winnings are subject to the framework under sections 115BBJ and 194BA.
12. Stop when a core fact cannot be verified
Missing licence information, inconsistent company names, unexplained payment recipients or pressure to deposit are sufficient reasons not to proceed.
Practical problem-solving guide
A 10CRIC deposit is missing
Do not send a replacement deposit.
Capture:
- cashier instructions;
- UPI or bank recipient;
- amount;
- UTR;
- timestamp;
- betting-account balance;
- payment confirmation.
Open one support ticket and request payment reconciliation. Ask whether the recipient was an authorised payment partner on that date.
Contact the bank if the recipient or transaction appears suspicious.
A 10CRIC withdrawal says “processed” but has not arrived
Ask for a payment trace that the receiving bank can verify.
A screenshot from the betting account is not the same as a bank reference. Provide only the relevant statement period and do not cancel the withdrawal to resume betting.
KYC keeps being rejected
Ask for the exact reason:
- name mismatch;
- expired document;
- cropped image;
- glare;
- unsupported file;
- address mismatch;
- payment-ownership issue.
Request one final written checklist. Do not edit documents or send OTPs. Ask whether masked Aadhaar or another government ID is accepted.
The app will not install
Do not download from a mirror or disable device protections permanently.
Use a verified browser version where lawful and available, or stop. An installation problem is not a reason to accept an unverified APK.
The bank account is restricted after a transaction
Contact the bank’s fraud or compliance team and ask for the written reason and reference number.
Preserve all payment instructions and operator correspondence. Do not invent a transaction purpose. Obtain legal advice where necessary.
A support agent asks for more money
Do not pay additional money to:
- release a withdrawal;
- complete KYC;
- pay tax in advance;
- reactivate a payment method;
- generate a UTR;
- raise an account limit.
Taxes are not normally collected by transferring money to a support agent or unrelated UPI account.
Positive indicators and their limitations
A fair investigation should acknowledge positive evidence.
10CRIC is not an anonymous website that appeared yesterday. The brand has a long public history, has operated an affiliate programme for several years, maintains an active review profile and responds to many public complaints. Some reviewers report successful deposits and withdrawals.
Archived support material also described registration checks, identity verification and withdrawal review rather than unrestricted anonymous payments.
However, those indicators do not outweigh the central 2026 concerns:
- long operation is not an active licence;
- public support replies are not independent adjudication;
- successful withdrawals for some users do not guarantee future payments;
- KYC can protect an operator while exposing sensitive customer information;
- an active website is not evidence of legal approval;
- an affiliate programme is not proof of consumer protection.
Main risks at a glance
The most serious risks for an Indian user are:
Licence risk
The historical operator licence is revoked, and a replacement was not verified.
Payment risk
The transaction recipient may not clearly identify the betting brand.
Withdrawal risk
Public complaints show recurring payout and reconciliation disputes.
KYC risk
Sensitive identity and financial documents may be sent to an offshore operator.
Legal risk
State rules differ, central blocking action continues and cross-border payment rules are complex.
Dispute risk
Local independent recourse was not verified.
Bonus risk
Wagering requirements and account rules can restrict withdrawals.
Addiction risk
Fast mobile betting, live markets and repeated promotions can encourage loss-chasing.
Final verdict: is 10CRIC safe or a scam?
10CRIC should be treated as a high-risk offshore betting platform in 2026. It does not meet the evidence threshold required for us to call it safe.
The strongest reason is the official Curaçao registry entry showing that Chancier B.V.’s B2C licence was revoked from 30 January 2026 at the operator’s request.
Current public feedback adds concerns about deposits, withdrawals and support, although individual allegations remain unverified.
Calling 10CRIC a confirmed scam would go beyond the available evidence because there is no cited court or regulator finding here establishing fraud by the brand.
The more accurate verdict is:
Not proven to be a scam, but not sufficiently licensed, transparent or low-risk to be recommended as safe.
Users who already have funds on the platform should avoid increasing their exposure, preserve transaction records, complete only legitimate verification steps and request written payment traces for delayed withdrawals.
Users considering registration should first demand current operator and licence evidence that can be matched to the exact domain in an official regulator database.
Frequently asked questions
Is 10CRIC safe to use in India in 2026?
Not enough current evidence supports calling it safe. The historical operator’s Curaçao B2C licence is listed as revoked, public reviews contain repeated payment complaints, and no Indian gambling licence or local independent dispute route was verified.
Is 10CRIC a scam?
This review does not label 10CRIC a confirmed scam because that would require stronger legal or regulatory findings. It rates the platform high risk based on verifiable licence status, complaint patterns, payment uncertainty and limited recourse.
Is 10CRIC licensed?
Older materials linked the brand to Chancier B.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry lists Chancier B.V.’s licence OGL/2024/364/0157 as revoked from 30 January 2026 at the operator’s request. A replacement 10CRIC licence was not identified in the official registry checked for this review.
Is the 10CRIC app safe?
No current independent APK audit, signature report or mobile-security assessment was identified. Only install software from a domain independently verified as official, reject unnecessary permissions and never use random download mirrors.
A browser padlock or successful installation does not prove financial safety.
Does 10CRIC offer fast withdrawals?
Some users report fast withdrawals, while others report delays or missing payments. No processing time should be treated as guaranteed.
Older help-centre claims are not reliable as a current promise because the previous Zendesk centre now says it no longer exists.
Why does 10CRIC ask for KYC?
KYC can be used to verify identity, age, payment ownership and account integrity. The user should still verify the operator, privacy policy and secure upload channel before sending documents.
Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or banking password.
Can a 10CRIC bonus block a withdrawal?
A bonus can restrict withdrawals until wagering and other conditions are met. Check the multiplier, eligible bets, minimum odds, game contributions, maximum stake, expiry and maximum cashout before accepting it.
Are 10CRIC winnings taxable in India?
Indian law taxes net winnings from online games at 30% under section 115BBJ and provides for TDS under section 194BA, subject to prescribed calculation rules. Surcharge and cess may also apply.
Obtain advice from a Chartered Accountant for offshore-platform records.
What should I do if my withdrawal is missing?
Stop betting, save the withdrawal ID and status, request a valid payment trace, check the reference with the bank and preserve all communications.
For suspected financial fraud, contact the bank and India’s 1930 cyber-fraud helpline promptly.
Should I send a full Aadhaar copy to 10CRIC?
Only send identity information through a verified secure channel and when necessary.
Ask whether another document, masked Aadhaar or UIDAI paperless offline e-KYC is accepted. Masked Aadhaar hides the first eight digits, while offline e-KYC can share selected digitally signed data without revealing the Aadhaar number.
Is 10CRIC real or fake?
10CRIC is a real, long-running betting brand, but “real” does not mean “safe.” The relevant 2026 questions are who currently operates it, whether that company has an active licence, how payments are routed and what independent recourse exists.
Can an Indian bank reverse a 10CRIC payment?
A reversal is not guaranteed. The outcome depends on the payment rail, transaction status, recipient, bank rules and whether fraud or an unauthorised transaction occurred.
Contact the bank promptly and provide the UTR and relevant evidence. Never falsely describe an authorised payment as unauthorised.
Can I complain to the Curaçao Gaming Authority?
The historical Chancier B.V. licence is listed as revoked. Before submitting a regulatory complaint, confirm the company currently operating the account and whether it holds an active licence under that regulator.
Who should not use 10CRIC?
Minors, people in prohibited or legally uncertain jurisdictions, anyone experiencing gambling problems, users relying on borrowed or essential money, and anyone unable to verify the current operator and licence should not use it.
